Nearly five decades ago, two immigrants from Naples, Italy, packed up their lives, gathered their children, and set sail for a country they had never seen — with nothing but a dream and a belief that they could build a better future. They arrived in Budd Lake not knowing what was ahead, only knowing they were willing to work hard and pour their hearts into whatever came next.
That dream became Enzo’s Pizzeria.
For 49 years, Enzo’s has been more than a restaurant. It’s been a place where neighbors become friends, where kids celebrate their first soccer win, where families gather after church, and where countless milestones — big and small — have been toasted over a slice of pizza. We’ve had the privilege of serving hundreds of thousands of families, and in that time, we’ve learned something invaluable: a pizzeria can be the heart of a community.
What we are most proud of isn’t just the food we’ve served, but the relationships we’ve built. We’ve seen generations grow — children who once came in holding their parents’ hands now bring their own families through our doors. Together, we’ve celebrated, laughed, and supported each other through every chapter.
As we look back on 49 years, we realize that while we came to America chasing a dream, the true gift has been the people of Mount Olive. You welcomed us, supported us, and made Enzo’s what it is today.
